PREVIEW: MIDDLESBROUGH v KING’S LYNN (WSRA NDL)

MIDDLESBROUGH will go up to second in the WSRA National Development League table if they beat King’s Lynn at the Ecco Arena tonight (Saturday).

The Tigers bring in Ben Morley to guest for injured No.1 Ace Pijper whilst rider replacement is in operation for the retired Jade Mudgway.

The Young Stars collected their first win last time out against Buxton, and they have Ryan Ingram and Jack Roberts guesting for the injured Jack Kingston and Ollie Binns respectively.

Kyran Lyden has now been declared in their one-to-seven as a replacement for Kenzie Cossey, who is also on the injury list.

King’s Lynn manager Jason Pipe said: “Kyran is keen as mustard and a rider who has a lot of improvement to come in him and it will do him the world of good being around a team of riders who I know he will get on well with. 

“As it’s turned out, it’s ironic that Kyran will make his full debut at the track he rides at every week. It certainly wasn’t planned this way.

“I can’t believe the bad luck as a team we’ve had this season. But we carry on and we can only try and make things better and we are going into this meeting full of confidence, after winning our last meeting at home to Buxton.”
