FURTHER BOOST FOR PANTHERS

PETERBOROUGH owner Keith Chapman is celebrating another boost for the club ahead of what he believes will be an unpredictable season.

Club sponsors City Auction Group are back on board after seeing their first season of backing the Alwalton side wiped out by the pandemic.

Chapman said: “City Auction Group came on board for the season that never was last year and he’s with us again. It’s tremendous news and we cannot thank all our sponsors enough.

“Michael (Tomalin) spends a lot of time in Belfast but commutes across to Rockingham for vehicle auctions and he is aiming to be at Peterborough home meetings at every opportunity.

“It will be interesting to see how the season works out, in many ways it could be unpredictable because we don’t know how everything will go until we open the doors for the first time. It’s brilliant for us to have support from City Auction Group and our friends at Crendon.”
