MONARCHS RE-SIGN GRAHN

EDINBURGH have confirmed Swedish racer Jonatan Grahn will make a return to Armadale next season after a successful debut campaign with the club.

Grahn was a newcomer to the UK in the Cab Direct Championship in 2025 with the Monarchs, and he recorded a 5.30 average as the Scottish side reached the play-offs.

He becomes the third member of that team to return, along with Justin Sedgmen and Jordy Loftus, and their fourth signing overall including newcomer Dan Thompson.

Grahn said: “When I started thinking of 2026 my first plan was to be back in the UK and Edinburgh.

“It was my first plan straight from the start so I am happy that is what is happening, and I can’t wait to get back and get started again.

“The team spirit was really good and looking at the signings we have announced so far I think it will be the same again.

“It is such a good bunch of riders and mechanics as well. We all get on, and again that helps on the track when you are having fun off it as well.”
