BULLS BRING IN ETHERINGTON

BUXTON have added youngster Jamie Etherington to their line-up as they continue preparations for their return to National Development League competition.

The 16-year-old rode for the Steelers last season in the NDL as well as Kent in the parallel Trophy competition, making good progress including a seven-ride paid maximum against Oxford at Scunthorpe.

Promoter Laurence Rogers said: “He has a lot of potential and his second season in 2025 saw him flourish.

“With the support of skipper Jack Smith and No.1 Alfie Bowtell, he has two riders who will be helping him.”
