PREVIEW: MILDENHALL v KENT (NLKOC)

MILDENHALL host Kent in the first leg of their NDL KO Cup clash at West Row today (Sunday).

The competition is back in the agenda for the first time since 2019 when Leicester were successful by beating Belle Vue in the Final.

Recent signing Jack Kingston comes in for his second Fen Tigers debut, after a spell with the club earlier in his career, whilst the Royals also declare a full-strength team after winning their league opener at Plymouth.

Mildenhall skipper Ryan Kinsley said: “It’s going to be vital to build up as big a lead as possible in the first leg.

“Iwade will be a track some of our lads know well, less so me as I have ridden there but it was a good while back in my very early amateur days.

“With Jason (Edwards) on fire and the other lads all going well in our first match we will be aiming on Sunday for no last places and to build a strong lead.”

MILDENHALL: Ryan Kinsley, Sam Bebee, Jack Kingston, Alex Spooner, Jason Edwards, Josh Warren, Luke Muff.
KENT: Alfie Bowtell, Jamie Halder, Danno Verge, Joe Alcock, Ben Morley, Chris Watts, Sam Woolley.
