WOLVES OPENER COMPLETE

WOLVERHAMPTON have added Richard Lawson and Nathan Greaves to the line-up for Monday’s ‘Thank You NHS’ opener at Monmore.

The duo join Chris Harris, Michael Palm Toft, Ashley Morris and the regular Wolves septet in the first meeting at the stadium in over 500 days.

Promoter Chris Van Straaten said: “It’s a great opportunity for our boys to get some vital laps in before we start the Premiership, and we have a massive meeting with Belle Vue here next week.

“I’m looking forward to seeing our new American rider Broc Nicol settle in around Monmore, and our new reserve rider Tom Bacon, who is our designated rider under the Rising Star scheme.

“Ryan Douglas has had a great season in Australia and comes back to us in fine form. It will also be good to see Ashley Morris and Nathan Greaves back at Monmore.”
