HARRIS READY TO RACE

PETERBOROUGH racer Chris Harris is relishing his racing return after spending months acting as Daddy Day Care!

Harris has been looking after his young family with no track action possible during the latest lockdown – but he was back on a bike at the weekend with practice sessions at both Scunthorpe and Leicester as he builds up to the new season with the Panthers and also in the Championship at Birmingham.

Harris said: “It’s great to be back on the bike and I’m looking forward to the season starting.

“I’ve been spending time at home with the family and it’s been great, but being out and about at the weekend in the fresh air riding my bike has been great for me.

“The family are probably sick of me now so they’re probably pleased I’m going out to race again!”
