SEASON OVER FOR JJ

JORDAN Jenkins has confirmed his season is over following his recent crash at Oxford.

The Ipswich and Cheetahs racer has suffered several setbacks this season but was hoping to return to fitness in a bid to reclaim his spot at Foxhall for the ROWE Motor Oil Premiership play-offs, as well as helping the Cowley club in their own trophy challenge.

Jenkins said: “I ned surgery on my medial meniscus and I’m currently waiting on a date, and with my ribs still giving me trouble the best decision is to focus fully on recovery.

“This isn’t how I wanted the year to finish, but I’ll use the time the right way and come back in 2026 fitter, stronger and better than ever – both physically and mentally.”
