PREVIEW: BIRMINGHAM v KENT (NDT)

BIRMINGHAM race their final home meeting in the National Development Trophy when they face unbeaten Kent at Perry Barr tonight (Monday).

The Bulls are at full strength with Darryl Ritchings back from the concussion which forced him out of their recent home and away clashes with Plymouth.

Meanwhile the Eagles welcome Charlie Wood back from injury but Nathan Ablitt and Jacob Clouting are both ruled out, and Vinnie Foord has been called up to race in the Premiership. Freddy Hodder and Ashton Vale take guest bookings.

Kent manager David Graveling said: “We are navigating a difficult situation with nearly half the team unavailable.

“Despite these obstacles, we have been working hard to secure replacements, and we are grateful to the riders who have agreed to fill these crucial roles. We believe that, with their contributions, we can put forth a competitive effort at Perry Barr.

“While we are aware that securing three Trophy wins out of three is a tall order for any away meeting, we remain optimistic and focused on our goal. The spirit of the Kent Eagles is strong, and we are ready to face the Birmingham Bulls head on.”
