GB TRIO IN SGP3 SEMIS

BRITISH teenagers Cooper Rushen, Seth Norman and Archie Rolph have a big weekend ahead as they all compete in Saturday’s SGP3 Qualifiers at Slovenian venue Krsko.

Rushen, who has started his British Speedway career in sensational style in both the NDL and NDT competitions, goes into this event having qualified for the Final in both 2023 and 2024.

The two qualifiers take place at the same venue, both on Saturday, with Rushen competing in Semi-Final 1, and Norman and Rolph – who finished the 2024 British Youth 250cc Championship in second and third places respectively behind Rushen – will compete in Semi-Final 2.

The top eight scorers from each Semi-Final will qualify for the SGP3 Final, which will take place just six days later at the Marketa Stadium in Prague, the day before the third round of the Grand Prix series at the same venue.

The Young Lions would like to thank their series sponsors for their continued support which has enable Rushen, Norman and Rolph to be supplied with tyres for both this event and also hopefully the Final on May 30.
