GB SET FOR MACON FINAL

GREAT Britain are chasing a medal in today’s (Saturday) European Under-24 Championship Final at French venue Macon.

The GB side face competition fellow semi-final qualifiers Denmark, holders Poland and hosts France.

GB are led by Leon Flint with Sam Hagon, Luke Harrison and Dan Thompson being joined by reserve Jake Mulford.

Flint and Thompson will face familiar opposition as their current Glasgow team-mate Villads Nagel is in the Danish side along with Oxford’s Jonas Knudsen and former UK regular Benjamin Basso.
