EXTRA MEETING FOR LYNN YOUNGSTERS
KING’S Lynn will showcase plenty of emerging talent when they stage the Young Stars Pride of the East next month.
The club have been crowned champions of the National Development Trophy and have added an extra meeting to their schedule on Thursday October 2 featuring several top riders from that level.
Young Stars regulars Jody Scott, Cooper Rushen and Calum Mitchell will be joined by the likes of Will Cairns, Ace Pijper and Jordy Loftus in a full 16-rider individual event.
Young Stars manager Jason Pipe said: “The line-up I’ve put together is looking quite tasty, and it would be great to see a good crowd for this meeting to mark the 60th Anniversary of speedway at King’s Lynn.
“The meeting features riders who are eligible to ride at National Development level and those currently in NDL and NDT teams this season, and there will be 20 qualifying heats, two semi-finals and then the Final.”
