BANDITS BACK ON TRACK

BERWICK have been given the green light to return to Shielfield Park action this weekend after electrical issues were resolved.

Last Saturday’s BSN Series semi-final against Redcar was postponed 24 hours before the event, but the Bandits have received support from town-based Landels Electrical to identify and rectify the problem.

It means they will be able to race as scheduled this Saturday when Plymouth will be the visitors in a rehearsal for the MAXiCab KO Cup Final.

Club owner Jamie Courtney said: “It has taken a lot of hard work and the fast, professional support of Landels but I am delighted to say that we are back on-track.”
