PREVIEW: BUXTON v STOKE SELECT (CH)

BUXTON entertain former league rivals today (Sunday) with a Stoke Potters Select side visiting the Hi-Edge Raceway.

The visitors will be managed by former Potters captain Nigel Crabtree, with Simon Lambert leading their line-up, and they also include Mickie Simpson and impressive Edinburgh newcomer Ben Whalley.

Buxton operate rider replacement for Jamie Etherington with Alex Spooner replacing Arran Butcher in the middle order and Bailey Fellows in for Ryan Ashcroft at reserve.

Bulls manager Laurence Rogers said: “It will be another chance to get more track time before we embark on our league season, and we will of course do our best to get our first win of the season against a Potters Select team that will be looking to take the honours on the day.”
