THE CHARGE IS ON

OXFORD manager Peter Schroeck is urging fans to get behind the club’s WSRA National Development League side over the closing weeks of the season.

The senior Cheetahs team have already completed their home campaign in the Cab Direct Championship having been unable to mount a play-off challenge.

But there are still three meetings remaining at BetGoodwin Oxford Stadium as the Chargers take centre stage.

Schroeck said: “I urge our loyal fans to come along on Sunday afternoon, when the lads take on the Leicester Lion Cubs. Leicester always put together a highly competitive side and that’s no different this season.

“With the Chargers, it’s about rider development first and foremost, while the lads never stop trying.

“Cheetahs may have finished, but please continue to support the club by supporting the Chargers, especially since Jody Scott and the rest of the team are now the main attraction at Oxford Speedway for the rest of the season.”
