SPEEDY SCORES ROUND 2 RESULT
WEEK 2 of British Speedway’s Speedy Scores competition ended with two meetings with scorelines which no players correctly forecast!
The vast majority of Ipswich v Wolverhampton predictions were for a home win, with three entrants collecting two points for predicting a Wolves victory.
Meanwhile there were a large number of two-point scorers for predicting a Sheffield win at King’s Lynn, although nobody correctly forecast the 31-59 scoreline.
However, we should mention @JamesVaughan003 who was agonisingly close with a prediction of 32-58, and had he hit the correct scoreline he would have been the clear weekly winner.
As it was, we ended with 13 players scoring nine points, and they were therefore split by the margin of their predictions away from the actual scores.
The winner is @hickmott_steve who was totally correct on the Peterborough v Leicester fixture, had correct results for the meetings at Wolverhampton and King’s Lynn, and was sufficiently close on his overall margin to defeat the other players.
Steve wins a pair of tickets to any Sports Insure Premiership meeting of his choice.
The other players to score nine points were:
@d_lo101 , @GortonCynic , @Mstopho , @NWingrove, @carl_hadlington , @hodgie1987 , @JRSmith45 , @colintheginge , @AdamGL94 , @Wozza5882 , @Stephen89825509 , @huberti95.
Week 3 of Speedy Scores will launch on @SpeedwayGB on Sunday evening – remember it’s FREE to enter!
