PREVIEW: BELLE VUE v KING’S LYNN (Sports Insure Prem)

SPORTS Insure Premiership leaders Belle Vue look to keep up their strong form when they host King’s Lynn tonight (Monday).

There is an aggregate point up for grabs as the Aces won 49-41 at the Adrian Flux Arena on Thursday, and skipper Brady Kurtz is back for the return fixture.

It’s also the first away match for recent Stars signing Artem Laguta, and the start-time has been pushed back to 8pm to avoid a clash with Manchester City’s treble-winning parade.

Kurtz said: “I was pleased for the guys at King’s Lynn. It wasn’t ideal for me to miss it, with the ankle injury, but they just got on with things and came away with a brilliant win.

“I think our strength in depth is where we have the advantage in situations like that. We’ve been missing guys before and still managed to win pretty big.

“It gives us the confidence to keep pushing on and while King’s Lynn will be looking to bounce back on Monday, we’ll rise to the challenge. There’s three points to be won and we’re going after them all.”

BELLE VUE: Dan Bewley, Tom Brennan, Jaimon Lidsey, Charles Wright, Brady Kurtz, Norick Blodorn, Jake Mulford.
KING’S LYNN: Artem Laguta, Thomas Jorgensen, Frederik Jakobsen, Nicolai Klindt, Michael Palm Toft, Kye Thomson, Jason Edwards.
