NEW TV FIXTURES ANNOUNCED

THE schedule has been confirmed for televised ROWE Motor Oil Premiership fixtures in the build-up to the play-offs.

The initial schedule for Eurosport and discovery+ this season is completed by the top-three clash between Ipswich and Belle Vue at Foxhall on Monday July 15.

Four more live fixtures have now been confirmed, which will be followed by full coverage of all matches in the play-offs.

All seven Premiership clubs feature at least once between now and the end of the regular campaign.

The action continues on Monday July 22 as Birmingham host champions Sheffield – with the Tigers’ first visit to Perry Barr this season having produced high drama and a Super Heat.

There is then a break for two Mondays due to the Olympics, an event which our broadcast partners Warner Bros. Discovery hold worldwide rights for.

As has been the case for several years the UK speedway broadcast schedule comprises a total of 18 live transmissions, which will continue with live fixtures on three successive Mondays next month.

Those matches culminate in the War of the Roses clash between Sheffield and Belle Vue on August 26, with the play-offs to follow in September.

The full schedule is as follows:

Monday July 15 – Ipswich v Belle Vue

Monday July 22 – Birmingham v Sheffield

Monday August 12 – Belle Vue v King’s Lynn

Monday August 19 – Leicester v Oxford

Monday August 26 – Sheffield v Belle Vue

Play-offs to follow.

The live broadcasts also feature action from other meetings taking place on the same night with King’s Lynn v Leicester, Belle Vue v Oxford and Birmingham v Ipswich amongst the fixtures which will be included.
