MUSIELAK MISSING FOR STARS
KING’S Lynn No.1 Tobiasz Musielak is to take a break from British racing as he looks to work his way back to full fitness.
Musielak suffered collarbone and ankle injuries in a crash at the Adrian Flux Arena in May but has recently made his return to action in Poland.
The Stars will have a facility to cover his absence for a 28-day period as of the next meeting he misses, but he will be unable to return until after those 28 days.
A club statement said: “We appreciate that this is not an ideal situation especially given that he will still be riding in Poland, but it is clear that he needs to operate at a reduced schedule for the immediate future.
“We must stress that Tobiasz wants to return to the UK, we want him to return to the team, and this solution protects the club in that we can source guests of an appropriate standard for the upcoming fixtures, and it protects the rider who will receive the time he needs to heal.”
