DECISION TIME FOR WITCHES

IPSWICH boss Ritchie Hawkins says no decision has yet been taking regarding their Rising Star berth ahead of the ROWE Motor Oil Premiership play-offs.

The Witches recently brought in Jason Edwards as a 28-day injury replacement for Jordan Jenkins, who has now returned to racing with Oxford in the Championship.

Edwards lines up in the big local derby against King’s Lynn at Foxhall on Thursday with the Witches then able to make a choice.

Hawkins said: “It is another opportunity for Jason, and it is the end of his 28 days, as such, after Thursday.

“We have been really happy with him, he has come into the team and has won some great races and scored some good points.

“Jordan has meetings for Oxford, we haven’t discussed anything at length yet.”
