BRUMMIES CLOSING IN

BIRMINGHAM boss Chris Adams has revealed the club are in advanced talks with a third heat-leader.

The Brummies have already announced five members of their side including Polish star Tobiasz Musielak and experienced Slovenian racer Matej Zagar in the upper order of a new-look ROWE Motor Oil Premiership line-up.

Said Adams: “All over the seasonal period we have been working hard to try and sort out our final signings.

“I can confirm that before Christmas we were speaking to three riders that I feel could fill that role as a No.3 and who I believe could also challenge for the No.1 spot.

“But we are now in the final stages of negotiations with a third heat-leader and I’m hoping we can get pen to paper in the next week or so and an announcement by the end of January, if not sooner.”
