WOLVES FEELING CONFIDENT

WOLVERHAMPTON star Sam Masters is optimistic the Monmore club can mount a strong Premiership title challenge.

Wolves have not been forced into major team changes compared to what was planned in 2020, and Masters feels they should be a force when the season gets underway in May.

He said: “I’m confident of a successful season with Wolves, we’ve only made one change from the team we had lined up for last year and I reckon we have strength in all departments of the team.

“It’s a shame we lost Jacob Thorssell but we still look solid and I think we can challenge for the title, that’s what we’re aiming for.

“We all know each other and we’ll welcome Tom (Bacon) as the new signing, I’m sure he’ll settle in pretty quickly.”
