JAKOBSEN SIGNS WITH STARS

FREDERIK Jakobsen will be back with King’s Lynn next season after a hugely successful spell in Stars colours in the closing stages of the current campaign.

The Dane has been a high scorer at reserve since joining the club and racked up 13+1 in their win over Belle Vue on Monday.

Said Jakobsen: “Everything has been really good so far and as I have said before, a huge thank you must go to Alex (Brady, team manager) for bringing me in.

“It was a bit of a risk to take with only a couple of months left in this season, but he saw it as an investment for next year as well and I am pleased to sign up for a manager who thinks like that.

“I thank everyone here for making me feel very welcome and I am stoked to be back and working hard to get points for the Stars next year.”
