IVERSEN – AN EASY CHOICE

DANISH star Niels-Kristian Iversen says a return to help out King’s Lynn was an easy decision to make.

Iversen has linked up with the Stars to cover for the injured Peter Kildemand over the first six weeks of the season.

He said: “It was a simple choice. It was a yes or a no to the club and I said yes immediately, I didn’t have to think twice.

“It should work well for both the club and for me. They needed a rider, I fitted nicely, and I still have bikes in the UK even though I live back here in Denmark now.

“I can do it now because Poland and Sweden haven’t started yet, but when they do then obviously my time at King’s Lynn will come to an end because of the rules in Poland about the number of leagues you’re allowed to race in.

“It suits me to go back to King’s Lynn and I’m pleased to be helping them out, plus it will give me some valuable meetings at the start of the season.”
