BELLE Vue will be without skipper Paul Bowen as they wrap up their NDL campaign at Kent tonight (Tuesday).
Bowen dislocated a thumb and broke a finger in a crash at Leicester on Saturday, and is replaced for the Colts by Luke Muff for the trip to Central Park.
Co-boss Steve Williams said: “Obviously losing Paul is a big blow for us. He was quite prepared to ride, but it is more important that he gets that hand injury sorted rather than putting him in the team and watching him struggle.
“This is our last meeting of 2021 and everyone wants it to be a successful one, and I’m confident that the boys will do themselves proud.
“Kent have a few of their usual riders missing as well, but that doesn’t change our approach to anything; we are going there to win, regardless of the opposition.”
