PREVIEW: ARMADALE v BELLE VUE (NDL)

ARMADALE switch to Saturday afternoon racing (2.30pm) today with their National Development League clash against Belle Vue.

The Devils name a full-strength line-up whilst the Colts bring in Sam Woolley to replace the injured Sam McGurk at reserve.

Home star Danny Phillips, racing against his former club, said: “I don’t want to sound overly confident but I don’t think it is going to be one of our most difficult meetings, although every meeting can be difficult!

“As long as we make the gate and ride as I know we can ride, I’m sure we will win it.”
Colts No.1 Jack Parkinson-Blackburn said: “We know we can match them man for man, we know we’ve got just as much speed, and we just need to be careful not to throw away points needlessly.

“We want to avoid any last places but I’m sure Armadale will test us, and we wouldn’t expect anything less. We just need to remember to enjoy the racing and I’m sure the results will follow.”

ARMADALE: Nathan Greaves, Sheldon Davies, Danny Phillips, George Rothery, Tom Woolley, Lewis Millar, Gregor Millar.
BELLE VUE: Jack Parkinson-Blackburn, Ben Woodhull, Benji Compton, Paul Bowen, Connor Coles, Sam Woolley, Harry McGurk.
