WSRA BACKING BONANZA

THE Ben Fund Bonanza at Workington on March 16 has received a further boost as the meeting will be sponsored by the World Speedway Riders’ Association.

WSRA, who are the title backers of the National Development League this season, have been involved with the fund-raising Bonanza event in the last couple of years.

And they are set for a busy weekend as their annual Celebration of Speedway at Paradise Park takes place the following day, March 17, with a 10am start!

SRBF Chairman Paul Ackroyd said: “We’re grateful once again to the WSRA Chairman Bert Harkins and his committee for their backing. We thank them for thinking of us once again.”

Further line-up news for the Bonanza is expected this week.
