WOMEN’S OPEN PUT BACK
A NEW date is to be proposed for the British Women’s Open Championship which was to take place at Leicester on May 31.
SCB co-ordinator Neil Vatcher said: “Due to the FIM Women’s Academy taking place in Croatia in July it seems as if all the International riders are putting their focus into this event and haven’t committed to coming to the UK due to the cost.
“Therefore regrettably we have decided to postpone this event for the time being, however with the possibility of running it again towards the end of the 2025 season if there is enough interest from the competitors.”
