SCB STATEMENT: ROHAN TUNGATE
The Speedway Control Bureau have investigated the reasons behind Oxford Spires Rider Rohan Tungate failure to attend the Ipswich v Oxford fixture on Thursday 18th April 2024.
By failing to arrive for an Official fixture Mr Tungate has breached SCB Regulation 017.2 i)
Having looked into the reasons for Mr Tungate failure to arrive and his efforts in trying to attend the fixture, and also the communication between the Oxford Promotion and the SCB, Mr Tungate has been issued with the following penalty –
- 7 day suspension of his SCB Registration
- Cash Penalty
Mr Tungate has been warned of any further breaches.
No further comment from the SCB will be made on this matter.
