ROLPH EIGHTH AT KUMLA

GREAT Britain’s Archie Rolph scored an impressive eight points in the European 250cc Final at Kumla, including two race wins.

Rolph finished eighth overall in the event in Sweden whilst Oliver Bovingdon collected a hard-earned four points, placing him 12^th, after both had come through the semi-finals earlier in the weekend.

Fellow British Youth rider Seth Norman, who was the meeting reserve, unfortunately didn’t get the chance of a ride in an event which was dominated by Poland who provided all of the top three.

Rolph, Bovingdon and Norman will now prepare for next weekend’s British Youth Championship double-header taking place at Edinburgh on Saturday (1.30pm) and Glasgow at midday on Sunday.
