
PREVIEW: PETER CRAVEN MEMORIAL, Belle Vue
BELLE Vue wrap up another memorable year at the National Speedway Stadium with the Peter Craven Memorial individual event tonight (Saturday).
Recently crowned World Speedway of Nations champions Dan Bewley and Tom Brennan headline, with three-times World Champion Jason Crump and league title winner Chris Harris also set to appear.
And current Aces Charles Wright, Brady Kurtz and Jye Etheridge will make their final 2021 Belle Vue appearances in the Craven Memorial.
Director of Speedway Mark Lemon said: “It’s fantastic to see such enthusiasm from the supporters for this meeting, especially since we revealed the line-up.
“Overall, we’re very pleased with the cast of riders we’ve brought together. This is more than just a meeting for Belle Vue, this is a celebration of the life of a club legend.
“Peter Craven was, and still is, one of the greatest of all time in Manchester and this year’s field is more than worthy of his life and legacy.”
