NOTICE TO ALL RIDERS

The ACU Membership system used to apply for your ACU Licence and SCB Registration has changed. You are still required to hold a valid FMN (ACU, SvEMO, DMU etc) Licence and SCB Registration to participate in British Speedway events.

You have probably received several emails from the ACU since Christmas Day informing you of the new system and that your ACU Licence is due for renewal.

This system is very different to the previous one with regard to the application process, something that is being constantly worked on.

Before you start your renewal we feel we must make you aware of a few things to help you through the process: –
        
      1. You must apply for an ACU licence, await email confirmation, then apply for your SCB Registration
      2. It is possible to pay for a licence but not have completed all details so a licence will not be issued
      3. You must complete a Medical Questionnaire, not a Medical performed by a GP (unless applying for an International Licence)
      4. The system does not instruct you to complete certain sections, it just suggests them so you need to be aware of what is required
