NEW DATE FOR HOWARTH

KYLE Howarth’s Testimonial will now take place at Owlerton Stadium on Wednesday, June 12 (7.30 pm).

The Sheffield skipper has agreed the new date after the original event was washed out in March.

Said Howarth: “Firstly I’d like to thank the stadium and the people behind the scenes for working together to get this new date.

“We know Wednesdays aren’t a regular Premiership racenight but we wanted to give the supporters just as strong a line-up as we’d first got, and we felt this gave us the best chance possible of doing that.”
