LINE-UP NAMED FOR CASEY MEMORIAL

BUXTON have announced the line-up for the Steve Casey Memorial Meeting on Sunday, with proceeds going to the Speedway Riders’ Benevolent Fund.

Former rider Casey was involved in the original speedway promotion at Hi-Edge before becoming Presentation Manager at Belle Vue, working at both Kirkmanshulme Lane and then the National Speedway Stadium prior to his sad death from cancer in 2023.

Sunday’s meeting features a strong NDL line-up racing over a unique format in what is arguably the biggest event to be staged at the Peak District venue.
