KERR TAKES SILVER HELMET

LEWIS Kerr got the better of his Redcar team-mate Charles Wright to take victory in the Teesside Silver Helmet at the Media Prima Arena.

Wright scored a 15-point maximum from the qualifying races but Kerr, who joined the Bears in late-season, won the Final with Wright second and Kyle Howarth third ahead of Luke Becker.
