GEOFF DALBY AWARD

THE Association of Referees held their annual AGM and Seminar in Stratford-Upon-Avon on Saturday March 2, where each year one person is nominated for the Geoff Dalby Award for their contributions to the sport in the previous season.

Speedway Track Photographer and Chief Campaigner for Coventry Speedway Jeff Davies was one of the persons nominated and ultimately selected to win the 2023 Award, for his and his team of Campaigners’ work for the return of the sport to Coventry.

Jeff was in attendance at the Seminar on Saturday and received his Award on the behalf of the Association of Referees from SCB Referee and FIM Secretary Chris Durno.
