FAST FREDDIE RIDES FOR RYAN

SWEDISH superstar Fredrik Lindgren has joined the line-up for the Ryan Douglas Testimonial meeting at Leicester on Saturday March 22 (4pm).

The former World No.2 is a legend of Douglas’s previous top-flight club Wolverhampton, and he also had a stint with their Midlands rivals Birmingham last year.

Douglas said: “It’s awesome to have Fast Freddie in my meeting. He’s one of the best riders in the world, and is a consistent performer.

“With him being a Wolverhampton legend, I’m sure the Wolves fans will look forward to seeing him in my Testimonial.”

Douglas has also added Edinburgh’s Kye Thomson, a close family friend, to the field with eleven names so far confirmed.
