CASPER IMPRESSES IN GERMANY

GREAT Britain Youth rider Casper Kluczniak competed in the first round of FIM Europe’s DELI Tire 500R Cup in Stralsund Germany on Wednesday, where riders from nine different nations took part in front of a crowd of 1,000 spectators.

Kluczniak had a fantastic afternoon where he won two races and had two second places, but he was unfortunate that in his fifth ride he suffered a puncture, preventing him from being in the mix for a rostrum place in what was his first meeting in Europe.

The event was won by Germany’s Tyler Haupt with a 14-point score.

Kluzczniak, in sixth position, was the highest placed finisher outside of the host nation of Germany and the very powerful Polish nation.

In this four-round competition the series now moves onto Zarnovica in Slovakia on July 26 before concluding in Lativia on the August 8 and Poland on August 23.
