ACES GO BIG FOR CRAVEN

FORMER World Champion Jason Doyle will go for a fourth Peter Craven Memorial Trophy victory in Belle Vue’s season-opener on Monday March 21.

Doyle, who is back in the Premiership this season with Ipswich, is one of nine initial names confirmed in an impressive line-up which also includes GB Speedway of Nations winner Robert Lambert, former Aces favourite Matej Zagar, and Danish stars Niels-Kristian Iversen and Nicolai Klindt.

New Sheffield signing Tobiasz Musielak is a confirmed starter along with home regulars Brady Kurtz, Tom Brennan and Norick Blodorn.

Belle Vue CEO Mark Lemon said: “We always express every year how excited we are for the Peter Craven Memorial, but this year is looking truly exceptional.

“Not only do we have one of the strongest line-ups we’ve ever seen, but we also see the return of the thrilling and impressive six-rider Grand Final to decide the winner.

“It is fantastic to see the likes of Žagar, Iversen and Lambert finally taking their place in this prestigious event, along with a number of our current Belle Vue riders.”
