4TT PLANNED FOR NKI TESTIMONIAL

KING’S Lynn favourite Niels-Kristian Iversen has revealed the format for his Testimonial meeting which will kick off the new season.

The Danish star celebrates his extensive service to the sport in the UK with his benefit event at the Adrian Flux Arena on Sunday March 16 (3pm) – which is scheduled to be the first meeting of 2025 in this country.

Iversen plans to run a Four Team Tournament featuring his current club King’s Lynn and three others he has ridden for during his career, and all who are now much missed following closures.

He said: “We are running a Four Team Tournament, it will be a match between King’s Lynn Stars, Newport Wasps, Peterborough Panthers and Wolverhampton Wolves.

“These three away teams are all clubs I have represented in the past, and all clubs where I have great memories.”
