BRITISH U21 SEMI-FINALS DRAW

LINE-UPS have been confirmed for the two British Under-21 semi-finals to take place at Mildenhall and Newcastle next month.

The West Row meeting remains on Sunday June 6 (3pm) whilst the Brough Park event is now set for Sunday June 13 (4pm).

The top four eligible riders from the 2020 British Under-21 Final – Leon Flint, Anders Rowe, Drew Kemp and Tom Brennan – have been seeded direct to the Final, and they will be joined by the top six from each semi-final.

GB Youth boss Neil Vatcher said: “Our appreciation to the promotions of both clubs as we appreciate in a shorter season it was not easy to find available dates.

“Both line-ups look extremely competitive, with a mix of some of the bigger names in the Under-21 group along with some of the younger boys who are making their debuts in this competition in 2021.

“It is also great we have two qualifiers, one in the North and one in the South East, which will give supporters from many different tracks the opportunity to come and support the young British riders, and from experience both will be very exciting and tense meetings as all 16 riders in each event will be chasing a top six finish.”
