BRITISH FINAL UPDATE

THERE are four late changes to the line-up for the Sports Insure British Final at Belle Vue on Monday.

In addition to the changes already communicated involving Richie Worrall, Rory Schlein and Craig Cook, Lewis Kerr has now withdrawn from the event due to injury.

The replacement riders are Danyon Hume, Connor Mountain, Sam Hagon and Joe Thompson.

British Speedway Promoters’ Ltd apologises for the late changes which are out of our control.

When the original line-up is finalised, the qualifying list is extended well beyond the 16 riders to produce a stand-by list in the event of withdrawals.

If a rider is then required as a replacement, we go down that list in order, although naturally in a case of short notice, not all riders on that stand-by list will be available or able to travel.

We thank the riders who have agreed to step in and wish them and all the other competing riders well for tonight’s event.
