KENT pulled off a 46-43 win at Eastbourne to secure a third successive away win in the National Development League.
Dan Gilkes raced to his third NDL maximum of the season (15) and combined with Ryan Kinsley (11+1) for the vital Heat 15 5-1 which secured victory.
Jake Knight (11+1), Danno Verge (11) and Richard Andrews (10) all scored double figures for the hosts but they went down to a second home defeat.
