MIDDLESBROUGH are off the mark in the WSRA National Development League thanks to a 48-41 win over Belle Vue.
The Tigers were given a close contest at the ECCO Arena but a 5-1 from Jake Mulford and Ben Trigger in Heat 13 proved crucial, and Trigger went on to win the last race in a 4-2.
Trigger top-scored for the hosts with 13+1 and Mulford collected 12, whilst Colts guest Dayle Wood topped their scorechart with 13+1 from six rides.
