LEICESTER SPEEDWAY STATEMENT
LEICESTER have taken an early decision to postpone their home season-opener against Ipswich scheduled for the Pidcock Motorcycles Arena, Beaumont Park on Thursday.
Adverse weather conditions over recent days, along with a forecast for further on and off rain for Thursday, means the track will not be suitable for racing.
The club have moved early in order to minimise travel inconvenience for supporters and also riders coming into the UK from abroad.
We will advise details of a re-staging date when known.
