RICHIE Worrall is heading back to Leicester for a second spell with the club.
Worrall returns to the Paul Chapman & Sons Arena after spending this year with Edinburgh, and says he’s thrilled to be back after a successful spell in Lions colours during their title-winning 2019 campaign, which was ended by injury.
Said Worrall: “I’m delighted to be back, I love riding for Stewart Dickson and I love riding for Leicester,
“I’m thrilled to be sorted in the Championship and I’m looking forward to showing everyone the real Richie Worrall.
“I enjoyed my season at Edinburgh and they are a fabulous club, but a return to Leicester feels right.
“I don’t want to leave Edinburgh on bad terms, and I wish them all the very best and look forward to catching up with friends up there when I go back with Leicester.”
