TIGERS FIND TOP FORM

GLASGOW ran up their biggest win of the season with a 59-31 victory over Plymouth at Ashfield.

The Tigers were especially happy with their reserves as Marcin Nowak made an impressive debut with 9+3, and Connor Bailey won three races on his way to 10.

Craig Cook (12+2) and Broc Nicol (10+1) were both in double figures, whilst Bjarne Pedersen scored 13 in the Gladiators’ final league match of the campaign.

Glasgow boss Cami Brown said: “Both our reserves were magnificent – Marcin was fantastic, and Connor is getting better week by week.

“But the entire team have been superb, and I’m totally chuffed with the result. We needed the result big time.

“You can see the likes of Broc Nicol coming into a rich vein of form and Ricky Wells getting better by the week, so I’m hoping things will keep progressing.”
