PREVIEW: GLASGOW v PLYMOUTH (Champ)

GLASGOW hand a debut to new Polish signing Marcin Nowak at reserve in tonight’s (Friday) Championship clash with Plymouth at Ashfield.

Nowak has joined the club with Justin Sedgmen released and is hoping to help the Tigers boost their play-off push.

He said: “I can’t wait to race for Glasgow and it was good to meet the fans and riders on Sunday. My season has finished in Poland so this is a good chance for me to show what I can do in Britain.

“I’ve only watched Championship on YouTube, I don’t know much about this league. But this is a good place to learn speedway. The tracks are different in the UK, and I need this to get more experience.

“I spoke to many other riders about Glasgow in Poland, everyone told me that this was a good decision, this is a good club.”
