PREVIEW: GLASGOW v EDINBURGH (KOC)

SCOTTISH rivals Glasgow and Edinburgh clash in the first leg of their KO Cup semi-final at Ashfield today (Sunday, 6pm).The Tigers will be looking to build up a lead to take to Armadale for the return, with a Final against Poole awaiting the aggregate winners.

Glasgow name a full-strength side whilst the Monarchs again bring in Jason Edwards at reserve to replace the retired Nathan Greaves.

Tigers’ recent Polish capture Marcin Nowak said: “I’ve been told by everyone that Sunday is a really big fixture, but I think from now, all the matches we have will be big fixtures.

“This is where it matters and where everyone needs to score well.

“It’s exciting, this team is desperate to do well and I know we are capable of success, but there are some really good teams left in both the Cup and the league play-offs so we know how tough it is going to be.”

GLASGOW: Craig Cook, Broc Nicol, Sam Jensen, Tom Brennan, Ricky Wells, Marcin Nowak, Connor Bailey.
EDINBURGH: Sam Masters, Anders Rowe, Kye Thomson, Josh Pickering, Richie Worrall, Drew Kemp, Jason Edwards.
