DICKSON – NO POSITIVES

LEICESTER boss Stewart Dickson pulled no punches after a 60-30 hammering at Plymouth in the Championship on Tuesday.

Ben Barker scored an 18-point maximum for the Gladiators and skipper Hans Andersen added 12+2 as the Lions were limited to just two race wins.

Dickson said: “Plymouth were very good, I congratulate them, but from our point of view this is something we are not used to.

“This is our second consecutive heavy away defeat and I am not best pleased. It was very disappointing, we saw a lot of travelling fans here again and I feel for them.

“For one reason or another it just didn’t work. If you look through the scores you can see where the problems were and we are going to have to regroup.

“We win together and lose together but I cannot see any positives to take when we come away from a meeting having scored 30 points.”
